Question 1

How does ownership transfer work?

Accepted Answer

Buy-now purchases go through Escrow.com: funds are held in escrow until the domain is in your account, and the included concierge service manages the transfer for both sides.

Question 2

Are there other ways to pay?

Accepted Answer

Transactions can also be handled through a partner marketplace — GoDaddy, Atom, or Spaceship — with a direct checkout link we set up for the name. Additional payment options and financing are available; contact us for details.

Question 3

Are offers binding?

Accepted Answer

No — an offer opens a negotiation. Every offer is answered within 24 hours with an acceptance, a counter, or a pass, and nothing is committed until both sides agree and the escrow transaction opens. Buyer details stay private throughout.

Question 4

Why is the price lower here than on other marketplaces?

Accepted Answer

This is the seller's own channel. The same names are also listed on outside marketplaces, but the price here is always the lowest one — and escrow fees are covered.
